Very easy! Innebandy is a very "popular" sport: everybody can try it.

Of course there is very good people that plays at  high level. We are not some of them. We play for fun and we don't make difference if you are a beginner or an experienced one. Everybody is welcome as long as we all have fun and enjoy playing together.

The only requirement is that you share the fee with us and wash the vests now and then.
